About LKF

Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB is a wholly owned municipal housing company. We represent speculation-free housing. Our task is to offer the inhabitants of Lund comfortable housing at a competitive price.

LKF can offer housing in the city of Lund, Dalby, Södra Sandby, Veberöd, Genarp and Revinge. In addition to housing we own shopping centres in some parts of the city and shop premises and office premises in the centre of Lund.
LKF works for the inhabitants of Lund. We produce new housing. We care for and renew our older housing areas after consultation with the residents. Our administration is sensitive to our customers’ wishes.
