Become a tenant

LKF lets housing located in the city of Lund, Dalby, Södra Sandby, Veberöd, Genarp and Revinge and at present we have approximately 8 600 apartments. Through residents moving we can offer approximately 100 apartments for rent every month. New apartments are continuously created through new production.

LKF’s apartments are offered to people who are looking for housing according to the length of time they have waited in the housing queue and who meet LKF’s requirements. The requirements are the same as every other landlord demands. If you are interested in an apartment in Lund you have to register on the LKF website.
